So many worse crimes’ve been committed. And this is an incredibly inspiring day there & night here, as Damascus rises up and the people seize the city. But this lone, mere example amongst thousands of crimes speaks volumes to me about the disregard for human life & culture Assad, the military & his other criminal co-conspirators so callously flaunt.
